Charles & Paulette Brannen built and started this business back in the 1980’s. They started out with an autobody shop where there son and brother-in-law worked and repaired cars and trucks for several years. After much studying and planning they decided to add on over 150 storage units. They owned and operated the storage facility and rental properties for over 40 years. In 2016 they retired to enjoy fishing, cattle production and gardening. Their daughter Denise and son-in-law Steven Burke took over the business and continue to serve the customer's of Statesboro and surrounding counties. They enjoy the storage facility as well as the high demand for UHAUL trucks and trailers in this area. These families appreciate all their customers and look forward to many years serving the people of this area. Sonya Morton, Denise’s cousin joined their team back in April of 2019. She is the Office Manager and keeps the office organized and in order.
